Divide blackberries and raspberries, along with a few mint leaves, between glasses, and crush several time with a pestle, mojito muddler, or the back of a spoon.
Zest the lemon lemon and add ¼ teaspoon zest into each glass. Slice 2 lemon wedges as garnish for each glass, or squeeze some lemon juice into each glass.
Pour in sparkling water and stir. Add ice cubes and 1-2 fresh mint leaves per glass. Stir and enjoy!!

Try these tasty variations:
Muddle fresh basil leaves instead of mint.
Add some ginger syrup to sweeten the drink and give it a little spice.
Try it with mulberries, or with this mulberry syrup!
Squeeze some fresh orange or freshly squeezed grapefruit juice into the drink instead of lemon.
Add a shot of vodka.
Swap half the sparkling water with sparkling wine.
