Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse until everything is combined and smooth - or leave a little texture if you like. Drizzle over your favorite salad and enjoy!

→ Blueberries: I find that most frozen wild blueberries are more tart than fresh blueberries, so you might need to add a little more agave to compensate. No need to thaw frozen blueberries, they'll thaw as they blend and come into contact with the other ingredients.→ Lemon: Use fresh lemon juice for a fresher lemon flavor, and add some lemon zest for even more lemony flavor without adding extra sourness! Plus your kitchen will smell wonderful :) Tip: zest the lemon before juicing it!→ Agave: Substitute maple syrup or organic sugar if you don't have agave available.→ Store leftover dressing in the fridge for up to 1 week. I like to pour fresh dressing on my salad and store the leftovers in these adorable little jars.
