Cut a ripe avocado into two halves, and remove the pit. Using a small knife, score the avocado all the way to the skin horizontally and vertically, creating a grid-work. Use a spoon to remove the contents of the avocado into a bowl.
Now add the rest of your ingredients: salsa, lemon juice, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce.
Use a fork to mix everything together and mash to your desired texture. Serve at room temp or chilled!

HOW TO STORE GUACAMOLE:
Guacamole is best fresh or within a couple of hours but should definitely be eaten within 24-48 hours of when it is made.To prevent guacamole from turning brown, store it in the refrigerator with the pit in the guacamole and with plastic wrap actually touching the surface of the guacamole. The less air space there is, the less brown it gets.
